Cancellation Policy

1. Registration and Payment * Booking Process: * Registration is completed online via our website or in person at our office. * Seats are reserved only after payment is received in full. * Payment Methods: * Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, or cash for in-person bookings. 2. Rescheduling and Cancellations * Rescheduling: * Rescheduling is allowed up to 5 business days before the course start date, subject to availability. * A rescheduling fee of $25 applies. * Cancellations: * Cancellations made at least 7 business days before the course start date are eligible for a refund minus a $50 administrative fee. * No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 business days before the course start date. 3. No-Show Policy * Failure to attend the course without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full course fee. 4. Late Arrivals * Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be allowed to join the class and will need to reschedule, subject to rescheduling fees. 5. Course Requirements * Participants must complete any required pre-course assessments or materials before attending the session. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the course. * Valid identification (e.g., government-issued ID) must be presented on the course day. 6. Course Materials and Certification * Course materials will be provided electronically upon registration or in person at the time of the course. * Certificates will only be issued to participants who successfully complete the course requirements. 7. Health and Safety Guidelines * Participants are required to follow health and safety protocols, including wearing masks if applicable and maintaining proper hygiene. * If you are unwell, contact us to reschedule your class. 8. Group Bookings * Discounts are available for group bookings of 5 or more participants. Contact us for details. * Group booking payments are non-refundable but may be rescheduled as a group once without additional fees. 9. Special Accommodations * We strive to accommodate all participants. If you require special accommodations (e.g., for disabilities or language needs), please notify us at least 7 business days in advance. 10.
